Prof. Ruvunu K. Mutucumarana is a Professor at the Department of Livestock Production Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Sabaragamuwa university of Sri Lanka. She graduated with a B.V.Sc. from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, University of Peradeniya. Prof. Mutucumarana, is a commonwealth scholar and she obtained her PHD in Poultry Science from massey University. New Zealand in 2015. She has several scientific publications in reputed national and international journals. Prof.Mutucumarana serves as a reviewer to several national and internationally recognized per reviewed and indexed journals. She has more than 18 years of teaching experience in University in the Fields of poultry science and health, animal nutrition and micro livestock production. This book is organized in ten chapters, each dealing with key aspects of quail farming. Overall, the text is easy to read, logically flow and informative on all aspects. This new publication is a welcome addition to those involved with quails.
